Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, but lacking coffee/tea making facilities. The service was exceptional, particularly the door guys and cleaning staff. The location was perfect, nestled in the heart of Soho. However, the dining experience was marred by understaffing. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers a cozy stay with views overlooking Thompson St, despite slightly cramped rooms and disperse storage space. The service is exceptional, adding a great touch to the overall experience. The location is fantastic, surrounded by numerous dining options and attractions. Dining options are varied, with a perfect spot in the Soho-Green Village area.
The hotel is located in the heart of New York City, making it convenient for exploring the bustling city. The rooms, although slightly compact, were impeccably clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff members ensuring a memorable stay. However, the dining experience may have some room for improvement. The location is unbeatable for those who enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of New York City, especially in the lively SoHo area.
I had a great stay at the hotel with a few minor hiccups. The rooms were slightly small but overall comfortable, and the lack of individual room temperature control made it a bit hot at times. The shower pressure was disappointing, and some advertised services like turn down service were missing. On the bright side, the room service breakfast was good, although missing coffee cups was a letdown.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel located in one of the busiest places in New York City. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, offering many amenities that surpass my experiences in three other hotels in NY. However, I found the service to be rather unhelpful at times, although the staff at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us in a difficult situation. The location is truly amazing, providing easy access to various restaurants and shops, making it a great value for money overall.
The hotel offers New York and very comfortable rooms, connecting with a deluxe double room. The rooms were ready earlier than expected and are very comfortable with great bathrooms. The service from the Miami Beach Soho staff was fantastic, being super friendly and helpful, even offering me faster non-free WiFi for free. The location is unbeatable if you like the Soho area, being central and within quick walking distance to China Town and Little Italy. Dining at Sessanta is a must-go-to spot but book well in advance. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms turned out to be much smaller than expected, and the air conditioning didn't warm up until it hit 12 degrees Celsius, making it a bit chilly. However, despite the noise, the location was great with easy access to shops and the subway. The service was top-notch with Marcus being the friendliest doorman, although some aspects seemed understaffed. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor hiccups.
